Four cloves of garlic (15g)
(6g) fresh coriander and (6g) fresh parsley
One tbsp cumin
One tbsp coriander

1. Start by soaking two cups of split chickpeas in warm water for two hours.
2. Strain the soaked chickpeas and add them to a mixing bowl. Combine with chopped onion, garlic, fresh coriander, and parsley. Use a meat grinder or food processor to blend until smooth.
3. Add cumin, coriander, sesame seeds, salt, black pepper, baking soda, and a large egg to the mixture. Mix thoroughly until you achieve a moist consistency. Add a little water if needed.
4. Utilize a falafel mold to shape the mixture into falafel balls. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the falafel until they turn golden brown, ensuring they are crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
